I remain cautiously optimistic and I am encouraged how the Huawei name is actually front and center on the case title. Anything other than a "no" or a "denied" is what we need to continue seeing.  I'm actually wondering if Ken Starr didn't approach PTSC after he researched what companies had court actions against Huawei... Or if PTSC approached him, seeing Huawei made Starr's decision that much easier. And trust me, if this didn't  look like a win the Ken Starr, he would have passed on the case.

Maybe President Trump is holding Huawei's feet to the fire to settle any intellectual property litigation before they can continue to sell product in the US. 

I just get the feeling there's something more to this then what meets the eye.. Are we really about to catch a break???.

If this is accepted by the SCOTUS will the defendants come to the table with an offer to settle???
