Very odd that this was filed the day that the response was due....I am not sure what if anything it means - it could mean that the deadline was blown (a possbility - I am not sure how often this occurs).  Thinking about this further, I think the response deadline may not be for the court - but for the resondents. If so, we may have to wait futher for a decsion.  It is does relate to the court, it is very odd in terms of timing (the date that the response is due).
