A few weeks/months back I posted a message on this board about a friend of mine, who is a patent attorney in pharma, bio, and tech asked me if I ever heard of a company called Patriot Scientific and I mentioned to him that I had.

After I posted that message about my friends comments, people here were inteerested in why he was asking about PTSC. When I asked my friend, he said he heard something or read something about a very innovative and important patent in litigation. I find it more than coincidental that we are now being rep'd by Ken Starr and we may be heading to the Supreme Court.(hopefully).

Question: How can they not review this case? Precedence and case law was broken and that was a leading cause of our loosing. This has to be reversed!
