Here is a snippet of the docket...nothing new since 8/17/18 which seems very odd to me.  You would think there would be more housekeeping stuff at the least.  In any event, I don't see oral arguments until after Dec. 6/7 at the earliest (note PTSC objected / requested those dates to not be considered).  I would suspect some time early next year (sigh).  I get holiday schedules but you would expect some activity...no?
