The day before, Sept 11th, 1992, Higgins had sent Fish a letter asking him to, to the best of his ability, assign individual inventorship to the ten patents that Shboom had been divided into by the US Patent Office and as requested by them.. This was Fish`s response.. AS far as I know, Moore never did respond..
