Another theory (I could deftly pull out of my arse) could be that things are being left to flap in the breeze with a future cut off date, so as to allow Swartz some continued ROI (blood draw)...then after that date, your guess is as good as mine what will happen....hopefully they leave and we wake up as a stock.

Reading Brian`s latest post (on Pohl) leaves me thinking his (Pohl`s) actions are speaking louder than his words, unless he needs to keep his actions stealth for some reason....Patriots hand needs to be forced. I hope some alternatives are exercised....
