Its a new year with the same old story. I believe the only option we have is to wait till we go to court with the big 4.
I hope as that court date draws nearer they would reach a settlement. Its amazing Moore and PTSC truly own all these patents where as Rambus stole their tech to get a patent and they are making a killing. The market is off to a good year hopefully everyone is into some good quality stocks and making money while we wait for something on Ptsc.
with a big win ptsc could be a true rocket but we need a big win. if we can,t get the big 4/5 to pony up. don`t expect anyone else to. if that happens then everyone on this board should unite and file a class action suite against tpl/ptsc slash b/o and others . but even if you do that then it would be another 2/5yr wait. I believe tpl and ptsc are betting on the retail investors selling what they have out of true frustartion.
