Happy Independence Day to whom ever still checks in. Several weeks have passed since the last filing so I would expect to hear something in a few weeks. Maybe the judge is snuggling up with a cold brew on a beach somewhere reading all the history and the briefs. Good, bad or indifferent let's hope some final determination happens by the EOY 2018...
