Happy New Year to all shafted shareholders.

Karma for our POS directors in 2018, horrible karma!. So what is the pan now? My guess is paying the legal fees then issuing preferred shares to the directors that pay a one time dividend to loot the remaining cash and then live happily ever after in Scumville.
