I re-registered with Agora a few weeks back, mainly so that I could send PMs to people and to make a post when this ruling was issued.  There may now be an appeal, but even if that occurs, the handwriting is already on the wall at the Federal Circuit   ---   and even if a "miracle reversal" was somehow to occur, the patents have expired and the "six year lookback" has continued to erode.  So, IMO, it appears that PTSC has been converted from "walking dead" to "all but one toe in the grave". 

The main reason I'm making this post is to echo what BaNos, Laurie, and others have already said.  I wish our experience with PTSC had ended differently, but it has truly been a pleasure meeting the friends, too many to list here, that I made in this forum over the years.  Some I got to meet face-to-face while others remained telephone or email contacts, but I very much enjoyed getting to know all of you.  Enrichment comes in many forms other than money, and your friendship has meant a lot to me.
