JB, responses to Q`s:

1) I`m not of legal aptitude...I like the idea of moving to TX for proceedings, I haven`t the foggiest what would be a hinderance to remaing in the Texas courts...

2) No Fed atty`s that I know of here...a couple of gents here are attys`(active or retired), but from what I understand, not at the Fed level.

3) could you repost the link - Not sure how long ago you posted, Agora retains a limited # of posts.

As far as Hawk - I`m all ears.
