Sir -

I`ve been around the block enough times to know that sometimes, all is not how it appears - the pricing and Corporate inactivity could be a Trojan Horse intending to conceal something else, or it could be exactly what it appears....

As much as I question the things I see with PTSC, I question you and your intent here, as much or even more....
