When you have a few minutes of time, go back and read some other historical posts from this character ``Anlyst`` - then give me a re-check of your opinion...Examples:

1) A string of posts detailing a purported hush-hush meeting of Apple, Motorola and IBM in San Diego on the power PC and implying their discussions surround PTSC.

2) Another string of posts claiming multiple trips to IBMs Chip fabrication plant in NY state, also implying a connection to the PTSC/Ignite.

3) Implications that by the end of 2005, Patroit would have been bought up by the end of December.

And other huffings and puffings from him and his support crew/sychophant by the handle of ``Boyish Bob``....

You seem to be more positive than me - I`m agonized and constantly perplexed (with this company). It has an unjustified market cap when we have no idea of the level of recurring future revenues and an uncertain time window for resolution via litigation, and no indication of future sales activity.

It appears the stock remains forever suppressed via the Swartz effect. Well, OK, supporessed till @ 2010...H/C is down to one FT person (Pohl). Nothing has been presented or demonstrated to the shareholders justifying their expectations of CEO level performance. Instead, every indication is given where placeholder-level performance is being demonstrated - but for what will be the final resolution?

Marketing and support is completely jettisoned. The stock floats at .08 with some fluxuations due to warrant/repricing activity that won`t seem to go away....

It`s like wandering through the desert, while experiencing the mind games and resultant mirages - then alternating back to reality, thinking but not knowing if one will either pull through this ordeal or die in the heat and be carrion for the vultures circling...
