I assumed this was going to show up sooner or later. I will start as a complete amateur.I just do not understand what Judge Grewal is talking about. a control signal. appeals view. processing unit that does not require a command input to change the clock frequency by appeal court. All about those arm pll. An analogy i used years ago. Many years ago, a diesel engine needed a small gas pony motor to help heat the cylinders and crank the big engine so it could operate as designed. As i see it. the pll controversy. The opposition is proclaiming, no temp variation, everything is fixed etc. whatever sticks sticks. do not know. we assume the pll have some effect on clock frequency etc. does not require a command input. natural aspiration. Judge grewal is bold . does not require a control signal. like is the sky blue. my opinion. the appeals does not reqire a command input. assuming the pll acts in a natural way to maintain oscillator spec. just my view. maybe shboomer has a professional opinion
