Your speculation is probably highly accurate, given PTSC`s deonstrated role in aiding TPL, is to keep the share price as low as possible - I`d say they`ve succeeded in that.

Question is, what will it take to shake the booger (named Swartz) off the finger of PTSC? Even at fire sale prices, TPL won`t want to take on a stock that`s chained to the floor.

A second question could also be with all the warts PTSC has, is that $30M write off worth it all?
