Ok. my view only. Arm is now softbank. no settlement. buy out only. honerable action by the japanese to make it right. I say that because arm was never going to admit anything . TI and qualcomm have no reason to buy a license for their customers. No reason until the 9th makes a decision. Probably hoping facebook is hiring,  any evidence of infringement apparently  does not bother them at the momement. So we are looking at low hanging fruit. probably thousands by now, that need a special deal from our lawyers.
