I am hard pressed to think that each and every defendant would want this to go back to the NDOC for potentially months and months of wrangling and waiting. My concernn is that the license fee precedent has been set by Leckrook so the fees may be stressed. Without future monies coming in, our attorney's would seemingly be getting minimal pay for all their services rendered so you know thay are fighting much harder than our Board of Douchebags...
