NDOC sets a new date for a re-trial

NDOC reverses decision based upon new CC

Settlement(s) with the current defendant(s)

PTSC just cashes it in due to lack of energy and enthusiasm as the bank runs dry (our attorney's would have a say about that)

Or a combination of the above

If a new trial date is set, we may be in for a long wait again. A new trial, then a ruling could take months.
