Marillion - people can comment to push it lower if they choose...

Ba - simple questions...

What if this had been the Clain Construction by Grewal?
Do we have to head back to the NDOC for another trail using this CC to determine infringement?
Is it fair to say that the appeals court defined the language but not whether this new CC means they infringe?

This life line, as I see it, actually needs some clarity as it relates to determining if this now qualifies for infringement. We need an update from our BOD now more than ever!

And assuming this gives us some hope, and these current defendents aside, Dominion is sitting on many (forgot the number (150?)) based upon the list that was to be divided down the middle with Lecrook.
