I think you are correct that this is big because the court has thrown us a life line. We are not done yet.

Could someone with more technical skill about the clock aspect discuss how the court might look at this again?

A insightful lawyer will probably be able to comment further about this legal ruling. Should be interesting.

Of course stock price and volume will reveal the actual sentiment and value ...the wonder here will be the "when" factor. Does today's trading count as part of the when? If so we went down, but is the news fully noticed yet?
