that you are an attorney. It would appear to the untrained eye that there is no basis for the judgement in CA since PTSC is no longer the one who even holds the patents. I guess a case could be made that no matter who holds the patents the four win if they get them invalidated. Hate to see all this maneuvering for position. Let`s just go to court and get the matter decided...
