This is what I heard from my broker's global desk, but you should verify on your own. The stock doesn't trade much, like once a week. As your post shows 3 trades equaling 400K all at .005 euros, which was the close ( 11:30 am New York time). The conversion rate equates to .00534 $. The closing bid was .004 euros ( =.00425 $ ) and .005 euros (=.00534 $) 70K available on the bid and 10K on the ask.
It seems someone was willing to pay more than half a penny for 400K........ as your chart indicates: up 66%. The closing bid in Germany is higher than the .0033 price here.
Looking forward to some news from the company, but maybe just the info in the 10Q is all they can afford or wish to share. We wait. .....
