IMO... still to be paid by TPL under the chapter 11 plan.

Cash balance just 23k, TPL run´ out of cash by the end of q4/2016!?

Chapter 7 to come?

What will happen to the TPL part of the MMP (22,5%)?

Will the Master Agreement and the ComAg terminate automatically?

Not important if the appeal court confirms Judge Grewal´s ruling, BUT...?
