Years ago contacts to EU patent lawers were arranged for PTSC. A presentation/meeting in the US about the "reversal of the burdon of proof" (EU Patent Law) was made. Followed by "no further business actions".

Non-infrindgment ruling was done by Judge Grewal (today working for Facebook!!!) on a NDOC case against Nintendo et. all...

No idea if this ruling on this claim construction applies as well, if PDS will sue new (other) companies.... May be there will be a new claim constructions by a new judge......?
