TPL is in bankruptcy - think of it as probation. TPL agreed to many terms of the probation, both in writing and what everyone thought was mutual agreement ((the lists of potential infringers and the Intellectual Property that PTSC paid for in part but that Alliacense won't release.).

The penalty for failing to meet at least the written requirements is unclear to me, but I feel it is (again) time to stop this chicanery in its tracks. Make TPL pay this claim per the agreement terms - the law is the law, an agreement is an agreement. Start enforcing it for heaven's sake.
