If PTSC does have a "live claim" against ARM then Cliff Flowers and Carlton Johnson ought to be negotiating a settlement, somewhere, right now.
$80M would put PTSC back to about 10c would it not? Unkess SoftBank just buys PTSC at, say, 1c .
