I suspect and expect that the BOD will come out with a statement

stating that due to Shareholder's refusal to approve the recommended Reverse Split, the only remaining options for the Company are to take actions which will now impact Shareholders in an even more negative way.

In other words, the blame falls to Shareholders themselves for any harm that comes to Shareholder Equity via changes to our Corporate or Capitalization structure.

There are certain important numbers which I believe really only concern these folks, and those have nothing to do with company performance or the patents; but everything to do with behavioral statistics.
