I don't know why but I don't think this will go to arbitration in May. I think Lecky is getting ready to settle and hand over the goods. Just a hunch...

In the meatime, don't rule out a license signing, by us or them. Will Lecky bring another license agreement to the table? Does he have another one in his hip pocket? Time will tell...
