IMO ssc6 is a TPL/RA plant desinged to subtly encourage downward pressure while ``accumulation`` takes place - There is an end date to all this, and the goal is to drive SP down as low as possible towards that end date, so ``clean up`` of the remaining O/S commons is at the lowest possible cost.

Notice posting frequency at ``stress times`` to maximize the effect.

I`d like to make it as costly as possible for them to dismiss me, if that`s where we`re headed.
