Ronran, your assessment of the legal probabilities in regard the Moore situation is much appreciated. I realize that the efforts required to dismiss the Moore obstacle, even if accomplished, is only the end of the preseason in a lengthy journey. However, success at this stage would present quite a milestone imo, and could excite and ignite a short term rally. I am not a good trader and less greed, indecision, and lack of smarts after a good percentage gain in the past would have put a lot of dough in my pockets in the past. That being said, I am looking at the upcoming events/possibilities as an opportunity to perfect my skills and make some short term profit. My basic strategy is long term...but I have to discipline myself and pull the trigger if my new short term goals are realized. I will dedicate a chunk of shares for this purpose. Also, one would not think there would be a lot of selling in the days ahead....but never underestimate the manipulation of the mm`s in the otc....if they smell news they will drop the price ahead of it. Thus another good opportunity to buy. The end game is probably way off but why not nibble when a bone is thrown to you. Sorry for the long winded personal new years resolution.
