It´s interesting, i am invested in Spherix (Spex), a company in the same business as patriot.

Same strategy of the management, the shareprice is on the ground, no news, no deals, nothing.

Now the management wishes a share split, before the company gets delisted from nasdaq standard.

I think, that this way is not good enough for the shareholder, we have the loss and the management keeps their jobs.
