It seems that DL 'may be' setting up a replay of the "06" scenario..

Every share that was SOLD, was Bought..

NOW if there were suddenly a few Licenses SOLD, I would suspect that the Buyers of those shares, would clear a handsome profit when the S/P inevitably rose, as PTSC would probably pay a DIVIDEND,,,...

Pretty much a replay of the '2006 ENRICHMENT' of ES..

AND DL will be receiving some largesse from his PLOY.---NO DOUBT---...IMO
