On the other hand, I suspect Judge Johnson will be ruling right after the holidays. Actaully, he may ahve already did and we haven't seen the Pacer. He said he was going to decide "Immediately" but that may just be scheduling another hearing. Within two to three weeks we should hear from Judge Johnson...
