St James is trying to play slide of hand saying that the Novation agreement was with TPL, not Alliacense. We are arguing that this is the scam, TPL and Alliacense are one in the same. Then at about 51:30, they reference how this delay is once again costing everyone, esp PDS millions.

Judge as if PDS was posturing for damage claim against TPL/Alliacense. Judge then said regardless of the answer, that was for another time and place.

Judge wants to know from St James whether or not TPL/Alliacense had other clients. Side stepped the issue.
