Its a Delaware corporation, so getting to personal property ain't gonna happen. The question is when/if Agoracom going to shut down this board.

That said, there are still a few years to get something back and more than one patent in play. If you think about it, those that are buying subpenny shares could do very well if they ever do collect money and distribute dividends. (I know... that's a big IF and ilkely sightly worse that a slot machine jackpot in probablity)

While lots of folks into this stock seem to have jumped out windows in the past few days, I have actually picked up some additional shares (at this point it matters little and it has averaged me down significantly) I have a knot tied to the end of my rope and will hang on and not hang myself as it seems like many here are getting ready to do. I'll hold on to my long term capital loss a while longer rather than giving shares away in this moment of darkness and dispair.

Call me an idiot if you wish but I have done ok for the most part with ill advised investments similar to this in the past. Who knows? Might get lucky again.
