It seems to me that, you are as wary/skeptical of the completeness and accuracy of what we saw in the "CLIFF NOTES" as I am.. And probably most of the rest of the S/H's..

Looking at the parts where Lecky has continuously and consistently blocked any attempt by the S/H's to secure any progress in recouping our losses,,, a reasonable conclusion would be that there is an attitude on Leckys part that says,, if I can't steal your money for myself,, then I will do my 'best/worst', to see that you PTSC S/H's, don't get any of it either..

This is a CLEAR demonstration of a .."PSYCHOPATH"...IMO...
