Don't read TOO much into the buys in Germany.They may be playing the LOW value of the EURO vs the USD..

Since the FED has shied away from any chance, of raising the interest rate anytime, soon,,and the EURO is at historical lows recently,the ODDS are that the EURO will rise sometime soon..They will then sell and make a little on the difference..

The level of the Patriot stock is of secondary importance to them...IMO...

This has happened previously over there, a couple of times....
