Strange that IG did not back out of the deal, if it really was done before the judge's ruling. Of course the ruling could have been the reason the deal was done. A much lower price could be achieved perhaps afterwards because of the ruling. A license at a lesser price, while there still is risk of things going PTSC's way, is a bird in the hand strategy by IG, IMO.

What ever the time line or reasons it is another signing! Now in my mind the question is will there be more???

PS: Does IG know something more than we know. Look how much we all (?) knew before the judge's new wording and interpretation.... how much some knew or did not know before selling on the "news"... and others buying at the low before the "more news" of a license deal.... I have to think others closer to the heart of the matter know way more than any of us.

But then again could it be that IG is run by a bunch of nattering nabobs and self serving directors who would spend needlessly??? I don't think so.
