what if those patents were not part of the asian5 case ?

what about the EP 730 EuroPatent to be used ?

what if infringers have to prove in Europe NOT to infringe the EP 730 ?

(reversal of burden of proof)

what if the view of law is more based on technology than semantics (word twisting) in Europe ?
