Which is their "REQUEST" for SJ.

..."request the Court to enter final judgment of non-infringement in favor of Defendants in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A"....

Take note:

Exhibit "A", is a ."REQUEST", by the infringers,NOT a Court order..IMO..

The 'CC', has not been finalized by the Judge..

The "Dash--Scramble", to the finish line starts MONDAY.. IMO
