We are not there yet, as you point out. But the chart technically is looking better than the lows, IMO. Are we going to break out to the upside??? That is the big question. The fact the volume is higher than average tells me that there is some energy to help us break above resistance. And yet dollar wise, this volume is really weak. If we can break out and on some volume that represents not only shares but dollars ( cents, LOL ) then I can get excited.

Will the share price move ahead of any news? Is that what is happening now? Is this a tease? Or does someone have a "feeling" ?
