Ron, your last paragraph brings me to a question I`ve been thinking about for some time - How do I as a common shareholder institute change with these guys?

With a lack of resources, time and limited discretionary income, the easy fallback is to just opt out and move on. This works for PTSC, but not me.

How do we orgainize?... what is the right vehicle to use and whats an effective process to accomplish this?
