Well, here is a post from another board and stock I follow. It's about shorting stocks before the IPRs are made public. And a call for the SEC to do their work.
Faber kicked Bass's ass on shorting the stocks he files IPR's on....
I had sent him, the program and Carl Q many tweets well before the interview to challenge the shorting before the IPR is made known....Faber came through for me bringing up the shorting....Bass took on CELG directly but CELG went up during the segment. Game over,,,,now its up to SEC to go after Bass for insider trading....Here is one of the tweets
