Patriot terminates the agreement or gains larger share

If Patriot can figure out a way to terminate the ComAg then it would be entitled a copy of the third party DeCaps (reverse engineering). Other then the termination for the BK reasons, there were milestones that had to be met. Only Patriot would know if TPL met it's milestones per the agreement.

If no termination is possible then perhaps by a capital contribution NOT met by TPL, Patriot could gain a larger percentage of PDS. Hopefully, Dominion will at some point pursuing infringers. It would be nice if Patriot got the lion's share of license fees even if peanuts.
