Cliff is an employee...NOT an, "OFFICIAL" Board of Director member.He has been appointed to his present position by Carl Johnson..IMO....

He will remain in that status only as long as he ..."TOES the LINE"...

.."SO".!!! why would anyone. 'GO ROGUE', and be a martyr for a group of investors,when he is being so abundantly rewarded?? (Remember the 'BONUS?)......While we have nothing to use to buy his loyalty..

Using money that....----. "IF",,,,HONESTY --------was a factor,,Would /should belong to us.. The shareholders.

CARL let Leckrone,,,OFF the hook,because they are working together to fleece the S/H's..
