The lack of info about Sony

can easily be explained by reading the TPL/PTSC master agreement. PTSC informed that the lawsuits against the J5 had been dropped and TPL announced the lawsuits against the J4. For now, end of story as it is not our lawsuit anymore and like it or not, PTSC cannot comment on the ongoing business dealings of the TPL group without their consent. Pohl couldn`t answer the direct question yesterday because of ``contractual obligations`` to TPL.

The questioner even thought the obligation was to Sony until clarified. Anyway, I would be willing to believe that the ommission of Sony in TPL`s lawsuit is at least for now... a good sign.

Buyback plan seemed to rely on future revenue to do so, which seems fair enough and hopefully a hint of more coming. Pohl stated alot of time spent looking for businesses or technologies to buy. Lookout cash on hand. He seems pretty hellbent on this subject. It seems to me that they tried to ``outsource`` Ignite/Inflame to AMD in the licensing deal and with no usage yet by AMD they just don`t know what to do with it now. A shame with benchmarks showing well.

All and all I`m with Larry and others who believe the A-game was missing. Low level, high level conference, fleamarket, doesn`t matter. Bring some juice and know number of shares, warrants, who was sued, and if you want to stroke the longs...get the AB up and running.

Did anyone else notice that all but one or possibly two questions seemed to come from the same guy and all the questions were ones that were served up here? Interesting I thought. joe
