Some of you have mentioned a CMC occurring today. Where did you get that info? Is it from the last list of dates set by Judge Armstrong in the old lawsuit in the Calif court? Because all the Texas court has, from what I could tell on PACER, is the complaint, a couple of corporate disclosures, a couple of atty appearances, and nothing more. No orders from the court, no status reports. Just a summons for the defendants, issued oct 27.
