From a friendly contact in Judge Stephen's court

"At the Feb. 11 hearing when the Plan was confirmed debtor gave a date 8/28/15 to file a final decree (end of case). The court should send out a reminder to debtor if that date comes and goes with no final decree. If debtor is not performing under the terms of the Plan then I expect an attorney would set the matter for hearing."
