I wonder what the chances are of the others, out side of B&N that is, to claim the Kessler Doctrine? I guess anything is possible as far as a delay tactic is concerned.

My other thought is, shouldn't we expect to see a flood of infringement claims before the uncomming expiration date of the 336? Like a few hundred...
