Thanks BaNosser. This is very interesting. How was it resolved? And by whom? I mean which parties or individuals from which companies or hired legal teams facilitated this? Is PTSC's new legal team making progress where others were unable to bring about deals? Is this deal done with out any of DL participation/influence??? Many questions in my mind...... GLTAL

This is a tangible manifestation indicating that there is some new kind of energy unblocking the impasses and making things happen in a refreshing way, IMO.
